I get the same warnings with chromium, dolphin, thunar and other software in Ubuntu 11.10 x86.

A fix is to install the pixbuf engine:
sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-pixbuf

Probably a lacking Ubuntu dependency, but no PureBasic problem :)
