CodeBlock and template [Resolved]

Someone know is it possible to have template in CodeBlock like in PB ???

I have found it's a plugin called "CodeSnipets"
It works not exactely like PB, because i must right clic and select apply.
Because the doc say a double clic put the sentence, and in my pc the double clic open the editor
