Sorry but I don't have a copy, I don't know why the author (srod) removed from his site (anyone know ?).
Maybe because he was no longer updating it, but I don't know.
Considering it was the "lite" version and that it was freely available to anyone I suppose someone who saved it could make it available to you.
As a last chance, you could try to contact srod directly through his home page: http://www.purecoder.net/contact.php
Ask nicely, srod is a good guy and probably he will help you.
