Download PureBasic

I post here his topic because I couldn't find any better place.

I recently bought PureBasic, but I'm not able to download it, because I didn't receive any mail with the user name and password to enter the download area.

Maybe I wrote a wrong e-mail address, I don't know.

What can I do now?

I already wrote to the web master, without any response.

Recently the email for new customers seems to take a while to arrive, I recall reading a similar post to yours:

See I use C and my hair just gets so stressed that it goes on vacation, without telling me and has not returned yet.. 3 years and counting!
