Get a grip guys, she strolled around a known bad neighborhood hanging the phone out waiting for someone to snatch it. She was well aware that on that street it was only a matter of time and it gave her a rich opportunity to jazz up the test with a nice, really newsworthy "proof of concept". He wasn't so "unlucky" as he was targeted for his weaknesses and proclivities to acquire his bread and cheese "outside the law". With what he's been through, he doesn't give a shit that this rich bitch is out a phone - she can get another one in an hour and never miss a beat. She understood him and his brethren all too well. And capitalized on him. Judge him if you will - my gavel falls on her. Flame away, hehe.....in the South of Market neighborhood when he happened upon a young woman with a loose grip on her iPhone

Yep. I suggest every modern mobile phone should have a warning label:Rook Zimbabwe wrote:OK but then he can claim he was unfairly arrested because he didn't KNOW the phone was being tracked!!!

If that iPhone didn't have such a warning label, I think the thief should sue her.
