Tooltip over Command hint

When I code on a small screen, and I have a procedure with lots of parameters, the procedure hint system in the status bar invariably gets cut off, and then I have to keep checking back with the help or my own functions to make sure that my parameters are correct.

I think a tooltip that wraps the text would be a good addition to work around this case.
