Wrap C++ in purebasic and render quads questions

Post by hippocoder »

Hi,

I'm coding an iphone game and I want to deploy to mac and pc platforms. I need a simple reliable direct x renderer which renders out quads from an atlas for windows and similar using opengl for mac.

My questions before I purchase are:

* can I wrap my C++ code in purebasic and communicate with purebasic?

* can I call native purebasic drawing routines which are hardware accelerated and from a texture atlas? for 2D hardware accelerated graphics?

Thanks for consideration

If this isn't a ad bot...

Have you tried GLBasic?
Binarily speaking... it takes 10 to Tango!!!

@Rook: I found this quote quite fun because of the fact that you're the only one in this thread providing a link to a pay-site. :D (hint: It's in you sig. )

@hippocoder: Afaik, Rook is not part of the pb-devteam, so his opinions/views/fears/suspicions etc are not necessarily the same as the pb-teams or the community as a whole. Also you might need to chill out: After all he said "If this isn't [...]" which implies a suspicion but not a full-blown accusation. Besides Rook even pointed you too another product which shows that he is no blind fanboi but actually tried to be helpful answering your initial questions. Seems to me you got a chip on your shoulder if you where provoked by that. (After all this thread was you 1:st post to the forum overall)
