My last program : Bar & Menu
It's something like dock. It's take me 6 months do do this.
You can put program, file, or folder in button bar or in menu
Bar is diplayed on top or on bottom of screen (or the both, you can do how many bar you want)
Menu :
You can open menu with
- shortcut (on desktop for example)
- icon in systray
- move mouse on screen border

My program is translated in english. But i don't finish english help.
You can edit language by running program "translate.exe" in "Lng Barre & Menu\" folder, in program directory and give me correction
