Source code changes have no effect

Just started using PB yesterday. Registered version.

My question is, when I make changes to my source, the changes have no effect unless I close the code window and reload the program. What am I doing wrong? The only time the changes take effect immediately is if I always select "compile without debugger" from the compiler drop down menu. I did install this over the 4.30 demo version, the demo never did this. Should I uninstall everything and start over?

Yes, I suggest doing a fresh install.
