Fix Start3D command to keep FPU state

There have been a bug some months ago (started with PB4.30 beta 1 I believe) which made problems using floating point operations after using the Start3D() function...
It has been fixed when using DX7 but reappeared with the final release of PB4.3 - I didn't catch that immediately
There are even more problems (functions) when DX9 is used, but when using DX7, it seems to be very simple to fix it (PB4.40? :roll:)...
