PureBasic 4.30 beta5 is available

Post by freak »

Hello everybody,

After a longer pause, we are now quickly moving forward again. The next beta for PureBasic 4.30 is available for download on your PureBasic account.

This is the last beta for PureBasic 4.30, and if nothing big comes up we will release the final shortly after this. (Consider this a "release candidate"). This version consists mostly of bugfixes. Especially some long standing issues on the Linux side were resolved.

Changes worth noting:

Code: Select all

- added: #PB_Compiler_FilePath compiler constant which holds the path of the current source file.
- changed: OpenWindowedScreen() with SDL no longer creates a separate window. Note that AutoStretch is only emulated by resizing (no stretching is done)
If you haven't tested the new version yet, now is the time...

The PureBasic Team
