Redesign External Debugger

as soon as we activate vista admin mode, we are forced to use the external debugger and the current one is way too xxl. so my wish, please redesign the external debugger and get rid of all those buttons. better add a menu and a toolbar instead. here is my suggestion of how it could look like:
