[Implemented] PB Mac: Compiler Wishlist

I would like to see following features on Mac version:

- cocoa support beside/instead of carbon
- native cocoa toolbars
- editable grid
- bridge to NIB files (some methods to use Interface Builder as designer and native PB code)
