IDE: split screen code editor and collaboration

I would like to see a possibility of code splitting with two independent scrollbars and cursors. Maybe code compare ala WinMerge would be fine.

Collaboration could maybe use Subetha Engine or something similar (http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaengine/). This together with a project management or a CVS tree implementation, would allow to make bigger projects and to get better references for PureBasic.

Collaboration would be damn cool

But I don't think anyone here have the time to implement something like that.
