External tools on Mac?

Can anyone tell me how to create and configure an external tool for IDE on Mac?
Especially how has to build the main loop?
What has to be noticed by building the code?
Which arguments have to be set within external tools window?

Or... is there no possibility to create an external tool (and its call) on Mac?

I use
Parallels (WindowsXP) Visual Desiner Win
jaPBe is also run by OSX.

Fine, but I don't have an G5, I only use an G4 PPC Mac (see signature).
Parallels needs an G5 for usable runnings.

jaPBe is also run by OSX.

Really??? I think, jaPBe is an .exe and only running on Windows.
But if you have an version that will run by Mac Os X 10.4.xx PPC (!), then you can send me a file.
