[Bug alpha 16 Windows] Window looks bad

The designed window isn't a real window, and it's not drawn to look like one either:
- Title bar colour is wrong
- Title bar gradient uses too few colours
- Title bar font is wrong, and not drawn antialiased even if cleartype is enabled (must fix)
- The the title bar is outside the 3d edge instead of inside it.

It's not a real windows, i added only a title bar to be able to move the form
If you switch to MDI mode, you get real windows (no MDI on Linux)
Cosmetic fine tuning will be done at the very last...

But if somebody has a nice routine lying around for drawing a fake window title bar, il be happy to include it
