Debugger output window always minimized

Post by SFSxOI »

For some reason my debugger output windows have started out minimized when the open and I can't get them back and the only option left is to close the debugger output window by right clicking on it on the task bar and choosing close.

Was running fine about an hour or so ago then all at once this happened.

I read this post:http://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtopic.php?t=29882

which seems to outline the same issue but I can't find any preferences.pref file at all in the purebasic diectory.

Help! Please

you said "Try to rename the preferences file and see what happens (by the way, if you upgraded from an old version to 4.10 then the file in the PB dir is NOT the correct one, it's the one in Documents and Settings).
"

I don't have a preferences file to re-name, the file isn't thre. This was not an upgrade.

I'm on Vista, not XP, so i don;t know if that makes a difference or not.

OK, I spoke too soon, on Vista the file is actually in:

C:\Users\<user Name Here>\AppData\Roaming\PureBasic

ended up deleting the file. Why does it do this?

Because you looked for it in the PB folder, I said don't look there!
