What manual? You mean the ebook or the book or Kale?
PB chm manual is already good to me. Its easy to understand.

I've the official manual of PB (Came with boxed version) and voted that I have that and not Kale's book.

the printed manual in the german boxed-version is for 3.30, so no longer really useful.

I use the built in help from pressing F1 or this forum, always been good enough for me, but I have heard that the book from Kale is very good.

I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
