Search by thread title

I do a lot of searches of the pb forums but sometime I get too many hits and it's difficult to narrow down.

If there was an option so that my keywords had to appear only in the title that would be good.

If I search a pb keyword like "thread" every post that uses threads will come back, sometimes I'm looking for people talking specifically about threads and thread issue
