PB order

I was impressed with PB so I decided to buy it!
Unfortunately I haven't received an e-mail yet (it's been over 12 hours) is this unusual?

Check your spam filter/folder.
If it was a normal credit card order, fulfullment is automated.

The only message I received was a confirmation from the billing service. There are no other messages, I checked.

Based on the past six-nine months, delays like that (or greater) are not unusual.

Unless you know how many licenses have been sold and what delay there may have been, how could you say that?

Because its the truth? The past six-nine months we have had a post like this almost every other week, heck one time we had three in one week, we even had the one guy who had to wait two weeks to get his reg info. We never used to have any issues like this.

It's just mails which gets filtered somewhere so i need to process them manually. 12h isn't a so long delay and no, we don't get such topic every weeks.
Osmiroid, please mailed me if you have further problems.
