Could someone please confirm that, at the moment, there is no way to use any Linux libs except those already supplied with PB?

Confirmed. The SDK should be available with the next version, as some users seems to be interrested by the Linux version. Lot of time has been already put inside, and I'm very glad than someone finally use it !

Thanks for the info Fred. I'm eagerly awaiting the next version because I only want PB for Linux. Any idea when?

Next Windows version should be out in the middle of January 2003 (late X-Mas :)). After the release Fred will continue on the Linux version (maybe already doing it at the same time)...

Yes, pbdep is doing an huge work by testing all the libs one by one to test the compatibility, and I guess I will have to fix/add all missing things shortly else I will get flooded :). May be next linux version will be available at beginning of february.

Fred, I choosed PB because it is a good product with a great destiny, and also because I'll move to Linux in the future. Linux version is very important...
