This has been discussed MANY times before, with the general consensus
being that such libs would not be as fast/compact as pure ASM libs.
I, for one, wouldn't want to use libs written in PureBasic, so if
this ever happens, then PLEASE, Fred, force the lib to have a prefix
on its name such as PB (or something) to clearly identify it as
not being written from ASM code. Thanks!

Hi PB!
i agree with you for the identify! Sure, it would be nice to create some nice own libs for easy use of big program code i.e. - but as you sayed and discused on this forum long time before - those libs are surely not as fast/compact as pure asm and what if you want to write your own lib and using any existing PB basic command of any other lib??? The result will be a small code snip as own lib with some or many included purebasic libs in the own with PB created lib?? ;(
Maybe Fred will find an efficent way to create small and fast PB created libs!? However Fred, a identify for such libs would be really nice!
