Odyssey-Creators : MoonHQ Pack 1 Free Texture & Backdrop

Post by freddix »

Hi all,
I'm not often here (not many free time :p)
I wanted to give you the link for my free MoonHQ Backdrops and texture packs I've made.
It's a "free for non commercial use" pack that contain 15 backdrops of the moon (1024x768) and 15 textures of the moon (512x512) I've made with my telescope and camera.

You can jump here to know more about it:

Hi, I tried them. They are incredible! I've never seen the moon in this detail.

I think it would be a good idea to have a slideshow of these on your site, in smaller resolution, so people don't have to download and extract and open an image editor to see them.

Hi,

Thanks for your support :)

I will take a look at your idea and see what I can do for that :)

Some of the pictures are a bit too "shaky", but a bunch of them are
exceptionally pretty :)

Nice work, I like them, but don't know that I would have a use for them.

I have, I have actually seen it in much, much better detail than this.

Looks good, but if you could produce a 16bit or 8bit version, then I could use it in my PureInvaders game :P
