New webpage design...
Just moved my webpage to www.jlc-software.com and also updated the design a little. I know it's pretty dark right now but if you prefer a lighter color scheme you could help me make one! I want a few ones and then I can make it so the user can select one.
Just change my css file and upload it somewhere and use index.php?page=home.html&style=NewStyleUrl to test it: http://www.jlc-software.com/style.css

I like logic, hence I dislike humans but love computers.

Honestly? It's ummmm..... How to say these things without hurting your
feelings.... No, don't go with that color scheme at all. It's harsh on the
eyes and distracts the visitor from any content you might have there.
The background and the texts need to be further apart in the light range
in order to make it less distracting and easier for viewers to read the
text.

Just a quick question, how old are you?
I know older peoples eyes see everything much darker, it's quite a difference actually, I once saw a example in Illustrert Vitenskap... (a norwegian magazine)
And btw, quote from your webpage:
Which language?

Rhyme Search is no longer available. The programming language used to create it has far too many bugs, is far too expensive and has far too many other issues for me to use it any longer.

Which language?

Man, that *IS* harsh on the eyes
. BUT, the site looks pretty cool. although I personally wouldn't have it at a fixed screen resolution either... I personally prefer a site to scale to whatever my screen res/browser is set at.
My website is hardly an example to follow either, but it is a lot easier on the eyes lol.
I'll hack a version of my css if I get time and try it on yours

It's depressing, boring, and harsh on the eyes. I don't know why you insist on that color scheme,
but eventually, it might show up in a 'worst site ever' competition and actually WIN!
I can't imagine myself navigating around a sit like that looking for customer support, download,
register, or anything.. It sucks, sorry..
