[Implemented] More Sub-Forums

[Tranquil]

It would be nice to have application based sub-forums in nearly all current forums.

Something like:

Bugs
-> Windows
-> Linux
-> Mac
Tips & Tricks
-> Windows only
-> Linux only
-> Mac
-> All plattforms

Same for coding questions etc... these [Win32 PB4.0] topic additions are annoying.
