I bought PureBasic over the weekend but there was no instructions on how to get the full version. I emailed support@purebasic.com but haven't heard from them. Should I be worried?

Give them a couple of days then get in touch, sometimes these things take a while.

See this link.

You get the full version by going to www.purebasic.com, clicking download and then purebasic user account. There enter your email and password. If you didn't get one, then just wait for support.

You might want to check your 'spam' folder, if available.

I remember my response was 'filtered' and I've heard of others who experienced this as well.

Welcome to the Purebasic forums.

cheers

Still haven't heard from them. I just re-emailed support@purebasic.com.

There is nothing from purebasic.com in my Junk-email folder.

so wich version did you buy?
where did you buy it and how?

the "PureBasic Professional" Box from e.g. Pearl or Amazon is Ver 3.30
without Update-Permission.

i just ask because it's a bit unusual that it takes that long if you really buyed an account online at purebasic.com
oh... and have a nice day.

I would contact whichever service processes the orders and explain the situation to them and ask them to refund your money.

The amount of posts like this we have been getting from orders NOT being filled is inexcusable. Somebody waiting this long for their order to be filled is beyond inexcusable, it is criminal.

Well, i purchased a hardware-programmer to this guy
http://www.willem.org/
who is in Holland and is also dutch, i had to wait more than one month since he told me that he had received my money until the moment he delivered the product, and yes, i though i was scamed, but finally i got it. During that waiting he answered my emails, but very slowly.
In fact, if i was the seller, i would care about people, just for consideration.

The registration emails are always sent automatically. If they do not arrive, the problem is usually
with the user. (either the mail gets stuck in spam filters, or the email entered was just wrong)

The number of such incidents is still very low compared to how many orders go through without trouble,
and as i said, the problem is usually not on our side.

TheFlyingDutchman:
I have notified Fred directly (wo handles all this). He should be able to work this out soon.
