Linux: Analyzer, jaPBDoc, Othello

These programs work since PB4b1 for Linux. Because the b2 didn't add
alpha channel support, I couldn't add another program, but for now, it's
pretty cool.

So far my Analyzer, jaPBDoc and an Othello game work now.
