On any Windows NT type version's i know you need to be logged in with admin rights to add or delete keys in the registry!

i know that too... but if a normal user would invoke a REG file .. ex. allow_to_change wallpaper.reg ..... then the system will run this reg file, no questions asked... and its something like that im looking for .... i just wanna delete 1 registry entry
