Objective-Basic for Mac OS X

Post by CSAUER »

There is another new basic out there for Mac OS X, while the actual version of Purebasic for Mac keeps on 3.94 with some limits and instability.
I did not tested it very much, but I just want to let you know. Maybe it's an alternative until we wait for the PB4 release for Mac. So far I am waiting for PB4 for Mac mainly, as it is more familiar.

It can create Universal Binaries and it uses the Apple Interface Builder for setting up GUI. So every OS X GUI-element should be available. It costs 24,95 Euro. It is developed in Germany (Frankfurt/Main). There is no multi-language support and just only an English documentation.

Maybe someone can have a look and give response.

Cheers

That's KBasic renamed and KBasic was dreadful for Windows so I doubt it is any less buggy for mac.

Sorry, here is the link: http://www.objective-basic.com

You are right, it is the same developer as KBasic.
I did not had the chance to take a closer look on both, objective-basic and KBasic.
