"Men HALLO!

Hør nå her.

And in English:

A beautiful morning a little green frog met a man when she was jumping across the road.
The frog quacked to the man:
"If you kiss me I'll turn into a beautiful princess"

The man picket up the frog and put it in his pocket.
After a while the frog quacked:

"If you kiss me I'll turn into a beautiful princess and I promise to stay with you for a week!"

The man took the frog out of his pocket, looked at it and laughed.
Then he put the frog back into his pocket, where it layed there with a cellphone and a Palm.

After a little while the frog quacked desperately:

"If you kiss me I'll turn into a beautiful princess and I promise to stay with you for a whole year and I'll do anything you want!"

The man took the frog out of his pocket again, looked at it with a smile, and put it back in his pocket. Then the frog quacked as loudly it could:

"Like HALLO! Why won't you just kiss me. I'll turn into a beautiful woman and the perfect girlfriend, and do anything you want and desire for a whole year, if you just give me a little kiss."

The man took the frog out of his pocket again and said:

"Listen here. I am a IT consultant, and I don't have time for a girlfriend, sex or things like that, but a frog that talks, now that is COOL!"

I think it's that joke about the geek who finds a frog who tells him she will turn into a princess if he kisses her, but he just prefers a talking frog.

I don't speak Norwegian but there are a lot of English words with Germanic/Scandinavian roots, from when those bloody Vikings invaded Britain. Of course they were just one of the many European countries lined up and taking turns to invade Britain.

It wasn't all bad though, after all the Vikings taught the Poms the Spam song

Hmm, wonder why it was posted in Norwegian then, considering that it's
a universal joke and not Norway-specific? I want answers, GeoTrail!
