Yeah I was thinking the same Kale (great book btw).
Several months ago when I bought PureBASIC he was always around answering questions. After a break I'm back here and I noticed how less frequent he posts.
Perhaps he's too busy - but hope his absence isn't for much longer.
Although I use C++ and Visual Basic aswell I think PureBasic rocks and is the top of easy access languages.
(i don't master it that much, I must admit... but I love it)
Also all those threads about the future of it and OOP or not etc etc i don't care.
PureBasic must not die off. That would make me very sad.
Maybe I sounds silly and with lots and lots of respect for Fred but will this language survive without him or with a limited him?
Can others live the dream?
Can anybody help or support?

It's not going to. Fred has taken MANY breaks over the years with PureBasic.
It's no big deal. Nobody said he has to work 24x7 on it. He's only human.
If he's not posting, it's either because he's on another break or just busy.
He's not here to answer every beck and call immediately. People are just
expecting too much of the poor guy.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
"PureBasic won't be object oriented, period" - Fred.
