i own some different "city" and "technical" motorcycles too... they are looking like this (but in different colors and different chrome

You live in FL, right? If you get a motorcycle, I would avoid anything water-cooled.

When I lived in the Tampa area, I sold my old CB 350 and bought a new Interceptor 500. I would literally have to turn it off and start it back up at long lights and when waiting at railroad crossings (ton of those in the Tampa area) because it would overheat and start spewing out all the water. I sold it pretty quick and bought an old panhead

I live in georgia. but yea I wouldnt get water cooled. Way too hot in the summer.
