PB4: splitter separator width

It would be handy to be able to set the width of the splitter separator itself.
Occasionally it might be desirable for it to be wider or narrower.
Perhaps as an additional GadgetAttribute, maybe #PB_Splitter_SeparatorSize?
E.g. the latest versions of iTunes uses a 1 or 2 pixel separator.

It would probably be WAY down the list but at least ON the list would be nice!

Bump for 4.7.
The ability to specify the width of the splitter separator itself would complete the basic functionality for this gadget.
