Glibc error

Post by Beach »

Some users of my PureBasic Linux application are reporting glibc errors. The code works fine on my Ubuntu 5.10 machine. Is there something missing on their setup that causes these errors? Any help will be appreciated.
GTK 2 version:
*** glibc detected *** free(): invalid next size (fast): 0x0814cc28 ***
---snip---

Just for kicks, tried the GTK V1.2 version
*** glibc detected *** malloc(): memory corruption: 0x080be9a0 ***
---snip---

I take it this is not a common problem. I just wanted to make sure it was not something I was doing with the code that could cause the problem.

That's wierd, there is may be a corruption somewhere in the commandset. Any chance to locate the line which does that ?
