Saucer - PB4 Game test

Post by vanleth »

Hi everyone

I am so excited over PB4, that I've actually got the start of a little game in progress.

It would be nice if peoble could test it so far, can it run on lower end computers?

Image

Controls: Esc = quit, Hold down right mouse button to move ship and left mouse button fire some green things.

Praise PB4

On my old PC, I get an average of 65 FPS, which is pretty good. :) Good work.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

K thanks for the feedback everyone.

Looks like I need todo some optimization. It should prefered run at 150fps, guess it uses to much gfx memory on the gradient background.

I'll bump back when there is some new stuff to show.

It can't get to 150 fps, some gfx cards don't even know how to turn VSync off ;) .

Correction to my quote: I did a reboot today (first one for a few weeks)
and I now get an average of 85 FPS. I said it before and I'll say it again:
Bloody Windows!
