Request: Jump to MSDN SDK constant

It would be nice if hitting F1 on something like #ES_MULTILINE would jump
to the MSDN SDK Help for ES_MULTILINE if it's installed, like it currently does
for all API commands.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
