Hi,
Yesterday i received an old computer, because it user didn't want it:

The problem is the Hard disk is empty. So are there some internet site where i can get an Mac OSX image?

Wow, 32 Mb will be probably not enough to run OS X. If you can try to update to 128, 256 or better 512 Mb. Also OS X isn't free, it's should be shipped with your iMac, i don't think you will find it legally on the web.

There is no "best linux dist".

Ubuntu is a fine choise, and since it have an PowerPC dist, try that :)

About running osx on your mac, forget it. It uses a lot of resources for being pretty. Try running windows xp with 32 mbyte ram and 266 mhz and see what i mean. Also 4gb is too little. The ISO image for MacOSX tiger is about 2.95 gbytes. (wich i guess is compressed..)

Of course you can use older versions of the OS..
