Anybody know if 16Bit Windows programs will run on Vista?
I am not fond of them myself, but I have a couple of old programs I am using that generate 16bit EXEs. Unfortunately, I can't find any 32bit alternatives.
I have a couple of them that I need to release over the next few weeks, but I need to know about future compatibility.
Thank you in advance for any help/
Another Vista question.
not sure but guess they will not
in fact, even under xp 16 bit functionality got restricted (certain 'thunking' calls no longer worked) so i strongly suspect the same will go for vista
in fact, iirc, there's even under xp64 limitations on 32 bits, again iirc, i could be wrong there...
