Procedure browser resets scroll position

If you've got real many procedures and markers the procedure browser will contain a list that is longer than the screen. This is ok, you simply scroll down if you need to work deeper down. But, if you do something that causes the list to be updated it scrolls up again. Rather annoying if you've got tons of procedures and are working with some that are close to each other but far from the top. I'd like to see this fixed for the next release if that's possible.

If the content changes a lot, when reloading the browser can't keep the scroll at the same place.
I suggest to use ajax or at least some heavy javascript (innerhtml or DOM) to rebuild the page.
In this way the page doesn't reload and the scrolling should be safe.
Sorry, can't help much on ajax, it's just a new world to explore
