IDE - PB 3.94 Win32 Final - Drag & Drop & scrolling

Open a big source an select (mark) for example the first line. An now 'touch' this line an drag it down. When you arrive the bottom of the IDE window, then you have a problem. No scrolling during 'drag & drop'!!!
