As I can see, the shop has an option for paypal payments. Just follow the instructions.

Thanks for the PDF. I've printed it off and spent hours looking over it, finding little gems I hadn't noticed before.

Have you considered compiling this into a .CHM file? It would be much more convenient, and you could add an index.
