The best way for you to create 3d maps

I'm wondering what do you think is the best way to create 3d maps ?
Do you prefer using something like this (which is a worldcraft like editor):

Or like this (a lot faster to use but quite limited) :

Or like something else ?

Use Cartography shop, if you master it you can make beautiful levels. It isn't that hard to learn. I've tried Maplet and I found it harder to make something of quality so I could recommend Cartography shop.
