I seek an interactive my of Germany for my homepages.
The users are supposed to be able to click on on that its location.
The petitions should be saved in a database.

Do anyone knows such webmaster tool ?

Check with your web host to see what scripting options are available you you.

They normally offer PHP or Perl.
