i can't find these back, but i though there had been a discussion about these... and my memory fails me if they were ever going to be implemented or not... well, if not thus far, they are definitely on my wishlist

windowinteriorheight()

(yes, i know how to find them via winapi, but i'd rather have native support to help cross platform compatibility)
