Enable / Disable Toolbar Tooltips

Enable / Disable Toolbar Tooltips

Well, this was a suprise for me, actually. I disabled a toolbar button, and set the tooltip, and the tooltip shows wheneve the button is disabled.. weird.

Anyways, would like to be able to enable/disable tooltips on specified gadgets.
