If I use UseJPEGImageEncoder in my code, is there a legal requirement in my
app and/or docs to state: This software is based in part on the work of the
Independent JPEG Group ? I see this declaration in every program that uses
JPEGs, so I was wondering if it's an actual legal requirement...
