I just got this private message and it seems sketchy.
I am a supporter of purebasic and i just talk you that we are changing our system (host/database...) and we had a problem small with your account. For fix that problem in future, we will need some informations from you.

We need this informations to fix your problem in future:
1.Your current email
2.Your current password
This informations was using for longin at http://www.purebasic.com/securedownload/Login.php

And remember: send email direct to customer_pb@yahoo.com (Don't post it at otherwhere because as you know it need private)

Yep, Scam! I highly doubt the author of PB or the PB team would ever do that. I've had them resend me my purchase e-mail once and trust me they don't need anything past your name to find all that out.

Of course it's a scam. Only a fool would send their name/password to a total
stranger with a Yahoo address. Never send your passwords to anyone, ever.

Simple rule:

Everybody how must know your passwort, know it.


No admin needs to know your passwort, because a admin kann change your passwort (and many things more).

Anyway an yahoo email is has safe has walking a mine field.
