Which do you prefer, and why?
Please don't turn this into a flame war. I am just trying to do some "market research".

I would say it depends on the game.
For small games (e.g. for the coffeebreak) I definately prefer windowed screen games. Especially when there are logicgames where you have no time-pressure so you can easily switch to other applications during the game.
Nevertheless, it would be cool if a windowed game have the option for fullscreen(by pressing a key). Especially in action games, a windowed game screen (e.g. 640*400) could be critical in some points on a desktop resolution like 1280*1024 concerning accurate steering of your player.
[For screen switching see Danilo's code in this post viewtopic.php?t=6086&highlight= ]
Fullscreen games make sense, when you are developing a bigger game with a good storyline/atmosphere or a 3D-shooter.
