FROM THE DESK OF:
ALBERTO TOM UNGAB
UNION BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES
SSS MAKATI BLDG., AYALA AVE.,
V.A. RUFINO ST (FORMER HERRERA).
METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES NCR.

YOU SHOULD SEND YOUR REPLY TO :ungabta1960@drumhit.com

Dear Friend,

I am MR. ALBERTO TOM UNGAB, credit officer of Union
Bank of the Philippines.I have an urgent and very
confidential business proposition for
you.

On June 7, 1999, a British Oil consultant/ contractor
with the Philippines Solid Minerals Corporation, Mr.
Shaline Adam made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar
months, valued at US$14,000,000.00 (Fourteen Million Dollars only) in my
branch. Upon maturity,I sent a routine notification to his
forwarding address but got no reply. After a month, we sent a reminder
and finally we discovered from his contract employers, the Philippines
Solid Minerals Corporation that Mr. Shaline Adam died along with his wife
Salah Adam from a plane crash-EgyptAir Flight 990 which crashed into the
Atlantic ocean on October 31, 1999.

On further investigation, I found out that he died
without making a WILL, and all attempts to trace his next of kin was
fruitless. The names of the whole crew and passangers on board were publish
by CNN on the below internet link. Browse to see for yourself.

http://www.cnn.com/US/9911/02/egyptair9 ... index.html

I therefore made further investigation and discovered that Mr. Shaline
Adam did not declare any next of kin or relations in all his official
documents, including his Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank. This sum of
US$14,000,000.00 is still sitting in my Bank and the
interest is being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each
year. No one will ever come
forward to claim it. According to Laws of the Philippines, at the
expiration of 6 (six) years, the money will revert to the ownership of the
Philippines
Government if nobody applies to claim the fund.

Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as a foreigner to assist
me in recieving this money as I have every machinery set to recieve this
money via a security company based in Europe. The money will be packaged
and moved as consignment to EUROPE via a
diplomatic pouch to the security company's bonded warehouse in Europe.
Note that this project will require you to travel to EUROPE, to do the
paper work/clearance to enable you get the money on my behalf. I need your
urgent assistance so that the fruits of this old man's labour will not get
into the hands of some corrupt government officials waiting for the
expiration of 6years.

This is simple, I will require you to send me your complete names, contact
address and telephone and fax numbers so that I willbe able to apply for
the necessary documents to enable you recieve the money via the security
company in Europe.

After recieveing the money, we will share in the ratio of 75% for me and
25% for you. Note that the project will be 100%risk free.

Considering my position as the credit officer, guarantees the successful
execution of this
transaction. If you are interested, please reply immediately to my email
box.

Upon your response, I will then provide you with more details and relevant
documents that will help you
understand the transaction. I will also let you have the contact details
of the security company
and the country it is located in Europe.

Please send me your confidential telephone and fax numbers for easy
communication. You should observe
utmost confidentiality, and rest assured that this transaction would be
most profitable for both
of us because I shall require your assistance to invest my share in your
country.

Awaiting your urgent reply.

Thanks and regards.

Alberto T.Ungab

maybe we should set up an elaborate hoax with fake websites etc. to lure those people in and let them pay for intermediate transaction accounts :-)

hehe.

Or just an email back:
Dear sir,

In order to minimise the impact of windfall and withholding taxes, the best way to handle the transaction is by creating a shell company and a unit trust. This will cost about $75,000 but will save about 2.8 million in taxes.

This method is also 100% risk free.

I believe that as your share is to be 75% of the proceeds it is fair that you meet two thirds of the setup cost. On receipt of a postal order for $50,000 made out to me and sent to locked bag xxx (state) country I will initiate the creation of the required entity and forward the paperwork to you.

This is best handled with a postal order as these are untraceable once cashed.

Yours parter in scams,

YYYY

The problem with such spam, if you automate a 'bazooka reply', is that it is often sent through third party SMTPs / mailboxes.

In the past, each time I received a spam, I sent hundreds of replies to the sender, but I finally had some issues with people who were not awared they sent anything ...

a very interesting to spammers would be to visit their websites... repeatedly... what we would need is a program, for example a screensaver, that would be triggered by a trusted source, then when it's screensaving time do http fetches on all spammer's given url's... the effect: either their sites go down, or they go out of business due to the bandwith costs

now that's a nice project...

the way you state it now you're right, but if you 1. tell people about it, and 2. explain the how and why, and 3. figure out a reliable way to add sites to the list, it would be acceptable

According to google 3,430 rich man died in the past year leaving large amounts of cash in banks...

If in average each left 14 million dollars in his account this would sum up to
48.020.000.000 Dollars...

Taking that into fact we would only need 10 more billions to reach Bill Gates fortune, but we would leave the Mr. Warren Buffett behind by 20 billions :P

irsk? where did he say irsk?

:-)

and as far as i know, there's no strategic board game involved, in windows, at least i didn't see an option in xp's install-screens to include or exclude risk... the game i mean, not the other one...
