this used to be really expesive, but the authors abandoned it and made it opensource. i played around with it for 30 min, and i am convinced its better than any other CHM program ive used. its free, and can even output to PDF i think. it is so easy to use. check it out.

a PDF and CHM exporter for PB would be cool :)
